Method
- Harvest dandelion roots.
- Wash the roots thoroughly.
- Chop the roots into small pieces.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Spread roots on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Let the roasted roots cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use 1-2 teaspoons of roasted root per cup of hot water.
- Steep for 5-10 minutes.
