  • 1 cup Water for brewing

Method
 

  1. Harvest dandelion roots.
  2. Wash the roots thoroughly.
  3. Chop the roots into small pieces.
  4. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  5. Spread roots on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Let the roasted roots cool.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
  9. Use 1-2 teaspoons of roasted root per cup of hot water.
  10. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
  11. Strain and enjoy.
