- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Combine beef, pineapple, red onion, and green bell pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour BBQ sauce mixture over beef and vegetables, toss to coat.
- Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Brush with remaining BBQ sauce during the last few minutes, if desired.
- Serve hot.
