Method
- Boil water, remove from heat, add sugar and stir. Add tea bags and steep for 30 minutes.
- Slice lemon, cut peaches into wedges, rinse mint. Put fruit and mint in a jug.
- Remove tea bags and pour tea into the jug.
- Cool in fridge for at least two hours. Serve over ice with mint.
Notes
Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. You can also use other types of fruit, such as berries or plums.
