  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • coconut oil for frying
  • maple syrup or whipped cream for a dip

Method
 

  1. Whisk egg, cinnamon, honey, and almond flour in a bowl.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a skillet. Dip dandelion heads in egg mixture and fry until golden brown, about 30 seconds per side.
  3. Remove fritters and drain excess oil. Serve hot with maple syrup or whipped cream.
