  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Rinse and chop dandelion greens.
  2. Slice garlic cloves thinly.
  3. Warm olive oil in a skillet.
  4. Cook garlic until golden and fragrant.
  5. Add dandelion greens and coat with oil.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).
  7. Cook until greens are tender but still bright.
  8. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.

Notes

Dandelion greens can be slightly bitter, so adjust the lemon juice to your taste preference.
