Method
- Rinse dandelions thoroughly.
- Remove petals from base and stem; place in a bowl.
- Pour hot water over petals. Cover and steep for at least 30 minutes.
- Strain tea into a mug, discarding petals.
- Add honey, if desired.
- Refrigerate any leftover tea for up to a week.
Notes
Use only dandelions from areas that have not been treated with pesticides or herbicides.
