  1. Gather dandelion flowers from a pesticide-free area.
  2. Rinse the flowers thoroughly.
  3. Bring the water to a boil.
  4. Add the dandelion flowers to the boiling water.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Strain the tea.
  7. Add honey or lemon to taste, if desired.

Notes
